Tucked into the trees of Commissary Ranches, this log cabin offers 3.2 acres of privacy, space, and true off-grid living just outside Kemmerer, Wyoming. Built in 2013, this home was designed for those who appreciate getting away from it all without giving up the comforts of a thoughtfully built home. Inside, you'll find three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all resting on a full foundation. The warmth and character of the log construction pair beautifully with the surrounding landscape, while the metal roof offers durability for Wyoming's ever-changing weather. This home even comes with the beds, dressers, living room furniture, kitchen necessities and the wall decor you see here. Also enjoy the fire pit, garden area, and beautiful mountain scenery from every angle as you sit outside on the covered porches on the front or back. This property is completely off grid, equipped with its own well and septic system, solar panels, and a wind generator. The storage shed and garage provide space for equipment, hobbies, or whatever your Wyoming adventure requires, and there is an indoor game cooler for your hunting needs! For the hands-on buyer, there's an opportunity to make the property even more useful from day one. The seller is willing to leave a 1962 International tractor equipped with a front bucket and rebuilt motor, giving you the equipment to tackle your own dirt work and property projects. If you've been looking for a Wyoming property where the trees are your neighbors, the power comes from the sun and wind, and your next project is limited only by your imagination, 458 Dinosaur Drive deserves a closer look. **Listed by Shelby Thatcher, eXp Realty** **307.723.0513** Tucked into the trees of Commissary Ranches, this log cabin offers 3.2 acres of privacy, space, and true off-grid living just outside Kemmerer, Wyoming.
